Calculus and the SHORT STORY continues.... with something completely different

WOW!!!! The first calculus exam of this semester for me was today, and I was somewhat stressed out that it was going to be super hard, but guess what, wrong again. It seemed to me to be pretty easy, especially the NON- CALCULATOR portion of the exam. Just to make a note of this, I DID NOT STUDY FOR IT --- that's right, did no studying for it at all, not even right before the exam. I was actually read some more Breakfast of Champions since I somewhat want to finish it before the weekend comes. I feel guilt however that I'm currently not reading Any Human Heart by William Boyd as part of my commitment to Mr. Rice-Oxley's book club. but on a side note about the book club -- I only read part of American Pastoral by Philip Roth before I gave up on it and jumped into reading more and more Vonnegut.

Today I checked out Tank Girl, Tank Girl 2 and Tank Girl 3  by Jamie Hewlett & Alan Martin. They are more famously known for doing the Gorillaz illustrations, and I can definitely tell where the style for the characters came from. I also checked out Female Chauvinist Pigs : Women & the Rise of Raunch Culture by Ariel Levy. This book was recommended to me by a friend and I think I might start to read it right after I finish with Breakfast of Champions.

Being hopped up on sugar is not always a win-win situation as it turns out. My advise, which I will probably not even follow, is not to eat an 170g box of Gobstoppers in the morning, otherwise your day will be super bizarre, like today for me. (1) Your totally either spacing out constantly or (2) your super hyper, (3) can't control your laughter, (4) after the sugar high is gone, you want more sugar, whatever the source may be, (5) your teeth might start to ache from eating sugar all day, but you can fix that with brushing your teeth and drinking something that doesn't have sugar in it. Oh and another thing (6) try not to drink carbonated and sweet beverages, it makes it some much worst so much faster.

I kind of want to write a love story that has a lot of gore, but I don't know if it will be a best seller. So here is a little trial. (Going to keep it PG)

There once was a girl and there once was a boy. They grew up in separate parts of the world. As time passed the girl became a woman and the boy became a man. They lived their happy little lives in their areas of the world. Then one day the man goes to work in the city the woman lives and thrives in. He just happens to start work at a meat processing plant, where he sees blood and guts for 8 hours straight. He starts to hate his job, so he finds another job that isn't all blood and guts.

He just happens to then apply to the company the woman works for. The company is International Killings, Inc. This company just happens to be involved in the blood and gut  business, mostly human organs, which are used for transplants. The title of the company, even though shocking suits the company well, for when a donor dies they get to collect. This business not only is profitable but the company has access to millions of people in multiple countries, hence the "International" in their company name. "Killing" is actually referring to the price of human organs, they are pretty much murdering your bank accounts if you really need an organ, and people pay a lot for organs.

Anyways that is besides the point. The man finally works with the woman in the same company, in the same department. They soon become friends. After months and months of knowing one another, from working late nights making sure the company's organ inventory is correct and what not, they finally arrange to meet each other outside of work. So they meet for brunch on the weekend and everything goes quite well and they decide to see each other more and more often outside of the work place.

A few months pass and the man and the woman are very close friends, most of their co-workers think that they are dating and are never going to be separated, and secretly they confirm those beliefs amongst themselves. However little did they know that they are being watched by a third party who has become jealous of their relationship. The third party tries to interfere but fails miserably on all accounts. So one day when the woman comes to work early, the third party decides to play a trick on her, they say that the man is no longer with the company. She automatically leaves to go see the man, but he is nowhere to be found, for the jealous third party had sent him away to another branch in another city. They also told him that the woman no longer works for them and he too went looking for her.

Not knowing that they where both lied to they continued their lives not knowing the whereabouts of one another until one day when they where both significantly older and married to others, did they find each other, at the main headquarters of International Killing, Inc. They just stared at each other for hours and hours until the end of time and all that remain of them was dust, because once they saw each other there at the headquarters, the jealous third party blew them away to a billions little pieces, so that their precious organs will never be used.

The third party not only killed them but it killed everyone else that building and in that city, for an apocalypse had come and everyone had panicked, even the jealous third party, but little did the third party know that now since they where dust they could freely move and see each other for all eternity.

THE END.

Well it wasn't that gory but still sad and magical as well as a bit sappy, hope you enjoyed it.
